COURSE CONTENT:
1) Mechanical Components: Detailed knowledge of all mechanical components used for automation, machine building and maintenance will be discussed, showed and make you work. This includes linear rails, blocks, ball screw, nut, timing belt, gear box, feeders, bearings, couplings, nuts, bolts, welding and other practical applications.
2) Pneumatic automation and fittings: Fresh Engineers will get hands on training and working experience on various pneumatic components like
pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valve, solenoid coils, fittings, FRL units, tubing and its connection, its selection, connection, mounting and functioning. A full machine dedicated to pneumatic is made available to fresh engineers, so that you can work, experiment, connect, and learn all the basics and advance of pneumatic.
3) Hydraulics automation and fittings: When power requirement needed is high, hydraulics comes into picture. No automation engineer can feel to be trained thoroughly, if he/she has not worked on hydraulic system, and does not have its experience. As a part of this course we will train you into various hydraulics sub parts like, hydraulic power pack, hydraulic cylinders,
4) Troubleshooting Live Project: You will be working on live project, throughout your training. 2 machines will be dedicated, on which you will troubleshoot and learn all skills. You will learn pneumatic, hydraulics and mechanical by actually working with it on live machines.
5) Disassembly and Assembly of pneumatic and hydraulic on Live project: Live Machines on which mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics would be learned:
